collection promise.
Inspect your vehicle after delivery. If it does not meet your expectations, contact us within the first five days: under our additional promise, we arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid.
This additional benefit does not limit your statutory rights, including the generally applicable 14-day cancellation right for consumer distance purchases.

We operate exclusively online. We do not offer showroom visits, in-person viewings or collection. Our secure storage is not open to customers.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required before delivery. We confirm the vehicle details, total price and delivery arrangements in writing before you pay.
Do you transport cars bought elsewhere?
No. We arrange UK delivery only for vehicles purchased from BOYSON LTD.
Can I return my vehicle?
Our additional five-day promise includes collection at our expense and a full refund. This does not replace your statutory rights. Please read Delivery & Returns for the full explanation.
