Do you deliver to my postcode?
We arrange UK delivery from our Mansfield storage facility. Our target is within four days after cleared payment and order confirmation. We confirm availability and timing for your postcode before you agree to buy.
Does the form reserve the car immediately?
It sends a reservation request. We confirm availability and the reservation arrangements in writing. Sending the form does not take payment or create a binding order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in full before delivery, after reviewing and accepting your written purchase agreement. Confirm the invoice and bank beneficiary through an established BOYSON contact before sending money.
Can I visit a showroom or collect the vehicle?
We sell exclusively online. There are no showroom visits, in-person viewings or customer collections. Ask us for more vehicle information before deciding.
What does the five-day promise include?
Contact us within five calendar days after delivery if the vehicle does not meet your expectations. Under our promise, we arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid to BOYSON for the purchase. Read Delivery & Returns for the details.
What will I pay?
We confirm the total price and everything included in writing before you agree to buy. There are no undisclosed charges. UK vehicle tax must be arranged for the new keeper; any contribution towards it is stated in your order confirmation.
